Grow with Syngenta - join the IS Graduate Program

Our IS (Information Services) Graduate Program is a three-year program based at our global and European headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. It comprises of three different job rotations of 12 months each, providing participants with the opportunity to gain international and interdisciplinary experience in different areas of IS.

The rotations within the program are designed based on the needs of the business and also the skills and capabilities of the graduates. They might include junior roles such as Business Architect, IS Supplier Manager, IS Service Manager, IS Business Partner, or Business Process Analyst. Throughout your rotations you will be supported by a mentor in the IS organization.

Who we are looking for:

For this program, we are looking for individuals with a strong academic record, relevant degree and interest in technology, Business, Agriculture or Science. Whether you have just graduated and are looking for your first job or have already been working (for a maximum of three years) post-university and want to broaden your skills, you need to be adaptable, committed and willing to step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges, working with people from different cultures and across different geographies.

How and when to apply:

We host our international assessment center (in English) in Basel, Switzerland on: May 8 & 9, 2014. Applicants have to be available for the assessment center to be considered for the IS Graduate Program.
