Developing the Global Leaders of Tomorrow in Central and Eastern Europe
The research will extend the Global Leaders of Tomorrow project originally conducted in 2008 by Ashridge Business School (UK) to the CEE region, as only 4% of the respondents in the original research came from CEE countries. Its results will become a part of the publication “Competencies of Responsible Leaders in Central and Eastern European Context” (to be published in April by LvBS). The publication will also feature a toolkit for responsible leaders’ development (in-house training practices and teaching cases) and insights from the International Conference “Developing Responsible Leadership in CEE” held in December 2011 in Lviv (Ukraine).
Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) is leading this research project in partnership with CSR Ukraine Community, Ashridge Business School and CEEMAN. The project is also included into the CEEMAN Sustainability Working Group list of activities.
