Women’s Scholarship Program 2024 [application deadline: 15.01.2024]

Kearney is committed to supporting ambitious and driven women as they build successful careers in management consulting! We are offering one female student the opportunity to be Kearney Women’s Scholar for 2024 and the opportunity to be an intern in one of our Central Eastern European offices.

Scholarship details
The Kearney Women’s Scholarship Program is open to female citizens or permanent residents of a Central Eastern European country who are university students in or between their second year of undergrad and final year of graduate study.
The scholar will be provided with:

  • Up to €10,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
  • Mentorship from a senior female consultant
  • A 10-week internship in one of our Central Eastern European offices (Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Zagreb, or Warsaw)
  • Access to all in-house training

How to apply
Applicants are asked to submit both items below to be considered:

1. A one- to two-minute video in response to these two questions:

  • Tell us about a time someone inspired you and why.
  • Tell us about a time you went above and beyond.
    Please send your video by link (for example, using Google Photos or Apple iCloud) to CEE.HR@kearney.com

2. A cover letter, CV, and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable). Please submit your documents through the Kearney local career pages.

Application deadline: January 15, 2024
Finalists selection: January 19, 2024
Women’s Scholarship Finalists’ Day event: February 23, 2024.
