Why should you participate?
Software is currently the backbone of the financial industry. New flexible IT systems give a competitive edge, so more and more banks and insurers across the world are deciding to implement it. Scrum is the framework which helps run such projects, even the most complex ones. One of the most challenging role described by Scrum methodology is the Scrum Master. Usually it is someone with a business background. A servant-leader for the development team. Not that easy to learn and very difficult to master.
It is the dawn of a new era where there can be no Project Manager, no milestones, no deadlines and no predefined detailed requirements for a successful project. At the center of this stands the Scrum Master.
