The course gives an opportunity to step into the role of a consultant and learn about the „Fit Transformation”™ framework. 

We invite all students who…

  • Are seeking to obtain the perspective of business leaders on the matter of strategic transformation.
  • Want to get hands-on experience, working with business challenges based on actual cases of truly breakthrough transformations.
  • Are eager to face key challenges related to strategic transformation, including:
  1. Determining whether the organization has the right capabilities to deliver its strategy
  2. Identifying key resources required for the process and ways to obtain them
  3. Aligning the organization's structure and objectives with its strategy and stakeholder expectations
  4. Tailoring the recruitment system to match the talent profile the organization wants to attract
  5. Structuring processes to increase organizational performance
  6. Ensuring that IT systems and operating model allow for effective collaboration with the business.
