During an individual meeting, the career adviser will help you make informed decisions about your professional future. Together, you will review your experiences, strengths, and potential development paths. You decide what to focus on – whether it’s choosing a field of study, analyzing job offers, or planning your next career steps.
Using coaching and mentoring tools, as well as thought-provoking questions, the adviser will help you discover new perspectives and gain greater clarity about your goals.
• Preparation for Recruitment Processes •
The career adviser will support you in preparing for job interviews and refining your application documents. During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to practice interview questions in a safe environment and receive constructive feedback.
Together, you will review your CV and cover letter to ensure they effectively highlight your competencies, follow current trends, and present your strengths in a clear and coherent way.
• Extended DISC Analysis •
Through an Extended DISC analysis, the career adviser will help you better understand your behavioral and communication style. The questionnaire identifies what motivates you, how you make decisions, and in which situations you best use your strengths.

BIO
Joanna Zapolska – business trainer, career advisor, and EMCC-accredited mentor. An SGH graduate with over 20 years of experience in an international corporate environment. She has worked as a manager, team leader, and financial partner, as well as led numerous mentoring processes and recruitment projects for young talents.
She supports students and young professionals in career planning and discovering their strengths.
She conducts workshops and webinars on communication, self-presentation, wellbeing, and professional development. She combines business experience with a holistic approach – integrating the mind, emotions, and body.
