This website partially complies with the annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies due to non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-compliance with the annex
- Forms on the website may be difficult to use for screen reader users, e.g. due to incorrect communication of form errors on the website or instructions for filling in the form that are not read in conjunction with the field to be filled in.
- There is a form field in which the instructions are placed inside the field and disappear when you start filling it in.
- Screen reader users do not receive precise information (instructions) on the login method for users outside the organisation in association with that particular form field.
- The screen reader does not report information about the user's actions (reloading search results, correctly deleting an item, submitting a form).
- The names of the buttons controlling the carousel with graphics do not provide precise information about their function. There is an incorrect hierarchy of headings on the page.
- The skip link to the main content on the Home page does not lead to the beginning of the page content.
- There are places where keyboard focus may be invisible on the home page: logos in the ‘Key Employers’ section and on elements inside the embedded video component.
- Some lists are not created using semantic tags.
- There are graphical elements of the user interface that do not meet the minimum contrast requirements.
- There are graphics without alternative descriptions or descriptions that duplicate information already present in text form on the page.
- The slide-out social media panel does not allow the content to be dismissed without moving the mouse.
- There are links that open in a new window without warning.
- The video on the page does not provide screen readers with precise information about its content.
- The website does not provide a mechanism to pause or hide the moving content (carousels).
- The layout of the newsletter subscription areas was created using HTML tables.
- The website has errors in its HTML code structure.
