Digital Strategy Day with Deloitte
Welcome to Digital Strategy Day!
- Do you want to learn about strategies and customers in the digital world, and work with us to design a product development strategy (and maybe stay with Deloitte Digital for longer?)?
- Do you want to cooperate with top professionals in an international consulting firm delivering projects for some of the biggest clients in Poland and around the world?
During the one-day event, participants in groups of 4-5 will co-create a new product strategy, considering end-user needs and marketing strategy. All under the guidance and with support of Deloitte Digital consultants. The results of your work will be presented to the management, while the best team will receive awards from us for their work. Meanwhile, all those qualified for the workshop will have the opportunity to participate in an accelerated recruitment process to join the team.

We are looking for people:
- with critical and strategic thinking, analytical mindset. ability to solve complex problems and justify own point of view;
- who has functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies;
- who are students or graduates of economics, management, finance, data analytics and similar degree;
- who communicate fluently in English (at least B2);
- who have at least advanced knowledge of tools such as MX Excel and MS PowerPoint (more advanced analytical tools will be highly appreciated);
- who would like to make a change in their career towards strategic management;
- who are open-minded and curious about the world and others;
- who would like to see what it's like to work in collaboration with developers and designers;
- who are open to becoming full-time member of the team.
What have we prepared for you?
- opportunity to solve business problems in the form of a case study with support from Deloitte Digital consultants
- lunch and coffee breaks, during which you will be able to talk informally with consultants and managers from Deloitte Digital about the teams, work in our company, ongoing projects
