Talent Days is a series of workshops, created for students, graduates, and other people in the early part of their careers, who want to deepen their knowledge and approach to the job market. The sessions are a collaboration between Ferrero and HRC, with speakers from different Ferrero departments sharing their career stories, supported by Ferrero HR and recruiters sharing career development advice. You will also have the chance to take part in quizzes and challenges and win prizes that could help you in your future career.
