Organizational transformation with Kearney: from strategy to success (CEMS) combines theoretical knowledge from the organisational transformation area and practical case studies.  

Students taking part in this course will not only get the introduction to the consulting workshop and will learn about „Fit Transformation”™ framework but will also have a chance to use acquired skills during teamwork and final presentation based on their recommendations.
