Our 18 month graduate development programs combine on-the-job and off-the-job development. In three 6-month assignments, we offer our graduates a phantastic opportunity to gain true business experience and develop themselves in different areas of our organisation. Global Graduate Program (General Management -, Finance -, IS- and HR track):

 

  • Master degree
  • Global approach
  • Developing individuals who are aiming at pursueing a future leadership position
  • Structured job rotations in different countries, divisions, functions


Professional Graduate Program:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Regional approach (focus on Europe)
  • Developing experts and specialists into key positions in our organisation
  • Structured job rotations in different business areas, one of them abroad

Application deadline for both programs is February 28. Both programs start on September 1, 2011.
