Declaration of membership of the Warsaw School of Economics Alumni Club
I herewith declare my membership of the Warsaw School of Economics Alumni Club. I also declare that I have read and understood of Rules and Regulations of the Warsaw School of Economics Alumni Club.
In order to become a member of the Warsaw School of Economics Alumni Club, fill in the form and submit it together with the scan of the certificate of completion of studies or post-graduate studies at SGH to the Alumni Office.
Email the scan to: klub_absolwentow @sgh.waw.pl or send the copy by post to our office.
We kindly inform that we do no send confirmations of the Club membership. Maximum pending time for the SGH Alumni Card is 4 weeks.
