The Kraft Heinz European Trainee Program:
• Is a 4 month journey with two different assignments throughout various product lines and functional groups of the Kraft Heinz Company (Finance, Marketing, Field Sales, Commercial Management, Revenue Management, Human Resources, etc.).
• The Program is designed for future leaders who seek a performance based culture that is built on meritocracy: ambitious, hardworking, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded. And rewarded well.
• Participants in the Program will experience accelerated career opportunities and exposure to aspects of our business normally not seen so early in a career.
• This journey is designed to broaden your overall knowledge of how a multifaceted, multinational corporation operates.
• You will be provided with business support and mentorship throughout the Program.

The Kraft Heinz European Trainee Program schedule:

The Kraft Heinz European Trainee Program schedule: During the 4-month Program we will prepare you for a position in one of our functional domains. This position comes with a permanent contract.

During the first weeks of the ETP you will participate in a bootcamp: a hands-on induction in different business units in order to accrue the experiences you need to be successful within a future leadership career. You will rotate between the UK, The Netherlands and your home country.
The bootcamp is followed by two individual assignments that teach you the skills that will aid you in your first position after finishing the ETP. Each assignment focuses on the development of key technical, business, and leadership skills by completing high-level projects and giving you exposure to the European Leadership Team. The assignments take place in your home country; the country where you land your position after the ETP. We decide on your home country during the selection process, before you start the Program.

Profile – Basic Qualifications:
• University Related Qualification equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree in the UK, or a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree for Mainland Europe
• Good knowledge of English language
• Impressive extra-curriculars
• Ability and willingness to relocate in Europe
