TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

 IN SALES

March – August 2013

Your role:

  • Support in the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships
  • Leading and co-leading of sales projects
  • Monitoring sales, forecasting promotions and launches
  • Analyzing key competitors
  • Close cooperation with marketing department to achieve sales targets
  • Cooperation with sales, logistics, category management departments

Each year around 50% of Talent Development Program participants continues their career in L'Oréal within:

  1. Graduate Program - 6 months experience in the field commercial team after which they continue career as  junior managers in marketing, sales, category management, finance and others.
  2. Europportunity – international internship in a chosen European country in marketing, sales, category management, finance and others.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Master’s Degree Student or Young Graduate
  • Strong communication, analytical and networking skills
  • Sense of beauty, creativity, innovation
  • Able to act fast, decision-maker
  • Business oriented (experience gained through internships, studying abroad, activity in student organizations)
  • Flexible, self motivated
  • Fluent Polish & English, French will be an asset
